The survey is anonymous. It is hosted on ecoi.net's servers using open source software. The survey software requires two session cookies for technical reasons (one starting with LS- , for instance "LS-GQESUNEUGTDPUHA", and one named "YII_CSRF_TOKEN") that will be deleted when the session ends (i.e. when you close your browser).
